10 things I want for the holiday
Sorry about the lack of posts lately. The lack of camera is really bringing me down. And I didn’t like last week’s Ten – it was too mushy. My goal is to write at least two good posts between memes. We’ll see how that works out.
People never take my wish lists seriously, so I’ve given up on making reasonable ones. The pictures are the links, as usual.
1. A DSLR of some kind. I’m not picky, I just want a really good one.
2. Lots and lots and lots of Noro.
3. Books by women. One of my New Year’s Resolutions is to only read books by women during the year. Except for required reading, of course. I’ve got a list of books by women that I don’t have, but you can use your imagination.
4. Subscription renewals.

5. Something that will genuinely surprise me.
6. A row counter for my knitting machine.
7. Things to keep dear Scout and Winston warm. But more so for Scout.
8. Drugs for Winston.
9. A gift certificate for laser hair removal. Can’t find a non-grody picture for this one.
10. A walk-in-closet. I want Santa to tear down the south wall in my bedroom, and give me a big fat walk-in closet.
I’m kind of grumpy.
Your wish list seems very reasonable! Unless the camera goes for ten million dollars.
I’m inspired to make my own wish list, but also frightened of how stupid and superficial my wishes are. We’ll see.
